In the past, you could treat a masterclass like a longer livestream.
I know I did.
You’d pick a topic, maybe prep a few notes or slides, show up, share value, make your offer, and it worked.
It’s not that you didn’t have to know your stuff or be intentional. But assuming you did, just showing up and sharing value was enough.
In 2025? That’s no longer the case.
Right now, I have multiple clients wrapping up launches, in the middle of one, or gearing up for their next. And one of the biggest shifts I’ve seen is how much deeper we’re going when it comes to strategically structuring their conversion events.
What used to be a quick session to brainstorm a topic, title, and positioning has turned into mapping out pre-launch nurture content, restructuring slides, tightening messaging and flow…and, sometimes even reviewing every slide, word by word, to make sure each piece builds toward the sale.
That’s why I went live to talk about:
What’s missing from most conversion events & how I’m coaching clients to create ones that sell
I’m diving into:
- Why “just share value” isn’t converting like it used to, and how it might actually be hurting your momentum.
- The difference between nurture content and conversion content, and how I coach clients to combine both to drive more sales.
- How to structure your masterclass or webinar so it strategically teaches your audience why you and your program are the best next step for more sign ups.
If you’ve got a launch, masterclass, or sales sprint coming up - or you’ve been wondering why your content isn’t converting like it used to - this is a conversation you don’t want to miss!
