Thinking About Hiring? Here’s What You Need To Know!

July 31, 2020 by admin

At a certain point in business you go from stressing and obsessing about where your next paycheck is coming from to wondering how to get everything done while serving all your clients well.

Even if you’re reading that and eye-rolling, thinking, “I wish I had that problem”, hang with me because things can change pretty quickly.

And, knowing when it’s time to hire is an important part of business growth and something I support many of my clients with as they’re creating space to scale to the next level.

While there’s lots of talk online about having a team, there isn’t always so much talk about how to know when it’s time to hire and what to do.

And, bringing on support can kick up some dirt and questions like:

How do I know if it’s the right time or if I should keep doing this myself?

What should I delegate?

Can I afford to pay someone...and, what if I can’t afford to keep paying someone?

That's why I went live to dive into everything you need to know about making your first and next hire in your business. We talked about how to know when it’s time to bring on support, what you need before bringing on your first team member, and the mindset around investing that will allow you to build a dream team that supports you and allows your business to grow and scale.

Whether you’re just starting out in business and daydreaming about having a team, thinking about making your first hire, or wondering if it’s time to expand your team, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

Wishing you your version of success!

XO, Kim

WE COVERED:

  • The resources every entrepreneur needs and how to leverage them as you grow your business so you can scale your income and impact.

  • An easy ‘formula’ you can use to help you identify when it’s time to bring on team members.

  • Why I don’t always suggest hiring on team members at the start of business (that has nothing to do with cost), and why I do suggest hiring on support before you need it.

  • The biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs make when it comes to hiring team members that gets them into hot water.

  • What you need to have in place before bringing on your hire.

  • A simple way to get clear on exactly what to delegate to get the biggest return on your investment.

  • Powerful questions you can ask yourself to shift your mindset around investing in team support.

  • The surprising thing my team buys me that has everything to do with creating next-level success and income.

  • The process around delegating that’s essential to focus on if you want to work in your zone of genius and make more money doing what you love.
