Maybe you’ve heard me celebrate that this is my biggest year in business.
Maybe you’ve seen that as evidence for you, too.
Or maybe it’s made you eye-roll because this year has felt like a dumpster fire between algorithm changes, ad costs, the “trust recession,” and the state of the world.
But what if I told you that one of the reasons I’ve been able to add almost six-figures in additional revenue this year is because last year was so challenging for me?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot because success leaves clues, and I’m always mining my own experiences (and my clients’) for gold you can use to create your own results, ideally even bigger and faster than ours.
And while it’s true I implemented new strategies, 3X-ed my email list, and upgraded my messaging, positioning, and marketing to stay relevant with what’s working right now…I think that still leaves out a huge part of the picture and what’s helped me to turn all of that into my biggest year in a decade of business.
That’s why I went live to peel back the curtains and share the truth about my best year in business, and why I’m also celebrating my hardest one.
I’m diving into:
The biggest gift one of my hardest years in business gave me (that I didn’t expect), and how this set me up to make more money this year.
The part of success we rarely talk about, and why remembering this is essential if you want to sustain and scale long-term.
The unexpected wins hidden inside more challenging seasons and lower-income months and years, and the gold mine so many entrepreneurs don’t realize they’re sitting on.
This is the conversation I’ve had with so many clients and peers behind the scenes, and the livestream I wish I’d heard when things in business felt hard.
It’s also the reminder I think those of us celebrating record-breaking wins need…so we can actually feel safe and grounded in them, instead of worrying they’re a fluke or just luck.
