Right now, I have 24 1:1 clients on my roster, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what’s allowed me to stay fully booked with 20-25+ clients for the last 6.5 years… through market and economy shifts, algorithm changes, and an evolving industry.
Yes, I’m proud of the brand, reputation, and demand I’ve built. I have strong client retention (many of my clients stay for 2, 3, even 5+ years). And, I’ve continued to evolve my messaging and strategies to meet my clients where they are.
But there’s one thing I almost lost sight of back in 2020 when I had 29 clients…and if I had, it would’ve cost me big. That wake-up call changed the way I’ve run my business ever since.
It’s also the real reason I believe I’ve stayed fully booked through every season of business, and why I went live to talk about:
The one thing that’s kept me fully booked for 6.5 years that no one talks about (and how I help my clients do the same)
I’m sharing:
The thing most business owners ignore until it’s too late, and what it actually takes to create and sustain client demand over time (whether you sell 1:1, group, courses, or a membership).
How I balance loving client delivery and consistently showing up to attract future right-fit clients (without burning out, resenting my business, or hating social media).
What I work on with clients behind the scenes to make sure they’re not a one-hit-wonder and continue sustaining results year after year.
If you’ve looked at your business this year and wondered “What happened?!” or “Where did all my clients and momentum go?” and figured it’s just the economy or the “trust recession”… this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.
