I’ve been using the same core strategy for over six years at this point.

I’m also a big believer in picking and sticking in business when it comes to your business model, offer, strategy, and action plan.

That's what's allowed me to stay fully booked and celebrate 61 consecutive $10k-$40k cash months ($25k-$40k these days).

That all said, a big part of being a CEO is knowing business and industries aren’t static.

Especially as a business coach supporting clients to make and sustain their own consistent six and seven-figure results, a part of my job is paying attention to changes, understanding what is and isn’t working, looking at data, and being willing to adapt and test.

So, even though I'm a stickler for not jumping around, I’ve also made more strategy changes this year than probably any other year in business — outside the first years when I was stopping and starting for other reasons 🤪.
