There’s never been a strategy I’ve heard more resistance, or conversely more love for, than offering free sessions.
I’ve heard everything from they don’t work, they’re a waste of time, they devalue your offer’s worth, they make you seem desperate for clients, they push away clients who would be willing to pay and hire you, they for sure block ‘premium clients’, to they attract ‘freebie hunters’ and misaligned or bad clients.
To which, I’ll simply offer: free calls booked out my multi-six-figure 1:1 practice, and two of the clients I’ve supported to scale past the million dollar mark found me through a free session.

Btw, this is one of the reasons I love offering free sessions when I’m able to, and getting to connect and hear from you - it lets me know what’s most valuable to you for me to share in content! This topic hadn’t even crossed my mind, but I have A LOT to say on it that’s relevant whether or not you’re planning on offering free sessions.
