I know I've shared before that one of the best things I did for my business (that allowed me to make more money without working harder) was saying 'no' to money and certain money-making opportunities.

This is also something that comes up at one point or another for almost all of my clients and it can kick up some confusion and serious resistance...but on the other side of that resistance, there's always business growth with more income and impact.
