My final end-of-year numbers aren’t in yet, but I have a pretty good idea of them since I’m not selling anything new before 2023 ends.
Spoiler alert: I didn’t reach my revenue goals or even make more money this year. And, I want to talk about it, and have a lot to say.
Because I don’t only want to share my year-in-review numbers with you when I add $132k in revenue. I’m also committed to sharing a REAL and transparent look at what a successful, profitable, and sustainable booked out, multi-six-figure business looks like.
Don’t hear me wrong, I’m HERE for the years where I double or triple my bottom line. I’m also celebrating the sh*t out of my clients who did have record-breaking years, including first-time multi-six and seven-figure milestones.
But, I also know after 7.5 years as a CEO, that business isn’t a straight line, and a big part of what’s allowed me to sustain a booked out practice for over 5 years and make about $1.3 million in that timeframe has been unhooking from the chasing and proving energy the online space can perpetuate.
