I made my first six-figure year with less than 500 people on my email list (guessing it was closer to 300) and less than a thousand people in my now 16.8k FB group.
I have two clients who are on track for high multi-six-figures or a million dollars this year, who currently have an audience under 400.
Another client who’s making recurring $20k cash months also has an audience under 500, and yet another making $25k months has an audience under 400.
I could go on and on, and have examples on the other extreme of entrepreneurs with massive 70k+ audiences who have hired me because they’re struggling to bring in right-fit leads and make sales.
Point being: of course, there’s a need for an audience if you want to make consistent revenue in business, and chasing bigger and bigger numbers for audience growth isn’t *always* the move that makes you money.
So how do you know when you need to grow your group, IG following, or list or when it’s time to double down on converting the people in front of you?
And, how exactly are business owners with audiences under 500, heck even under 3,000 making this kind of cash month after month without running out of people to sell to?
That’s why I went live to talk about how to make $10k+ months with a small audience.
I’m diving into:
understanding your business’s audience needs so you can identify your marketing goals and close the right gap to bring in right-fit clients who love to pay you.
the number one thing my clients focus on so they’re able to leverage a smaller audience for big revenue that you can steal and start implementing today.
the nuanced truth about all of these client examples and strategies you can borrow to make $10k, $20k, and $50k+ MRR without chasing followers.
Wishing you your version of success!
XO, Kim
