I think one of the hardest phases of business is what I call the ‘gap phase.’
That time between getting clear on your strategy and consistently showing up… …and when the results actually start rolling in.
It’s also one of the trickiest phases because this is where I see people unintentionally slow down or stop momentum, all while thinking they’re making smart, strategic moves to grow faster.
Whether it’s:
A client wondering if their plan to book their first client is working or if they should scrap it
Someone running ads for the first time and wondering if they’re just throwing money away
Or a multi-six-figure client scaling with a new offer and hitting the dreaded mid-launch hump...
This is one of the most common conversations I’m having with clients at every stage of business, and why I have a job
That’s why this week I’m talking about:
How to know if if your strategy is working: when it’s time to ‘pick and stick’, make a tweak, or pivot for more sales
I’m diving into:
The most common pattern I see that quietly slows down sales (even when it feels like you’re “working the plan”)
How to tell if your strategy actually isn’t working or if it just needs one of three key things to build momentum
When to refine, when to pivot, and when to stay the course (and how to avoid burning down a strategy that’s actually working)
The sneaky way overworking and over-strategizing can increase expenses, create feast-and-famine cycles, and stall revenue
Because if my smart, successful clients making six and multi-six figures still struggle to see this when they’re in it…I know this is a conversation and reminder we all need.
