There's a word that comes up with almost every single one of my clients and some serious resistance when we talk about dropping it from their business vocabulary and strategy.
This is something I've personally had to do A LOT of work around, so I have a thing or two to say about the BS and baggage we bring with this...as well as the thought leadership and overall business success that's on the other side when we do.
