Holy moly, as one of my past clients would always say: Kim Argetsinger Coaching LLC just crossed eight years in business on March 1.
And, Kim Argetsinger, that’s me 
crossed 10 years of coaching.
If you’ve celebrated any big milestone, you probably get that feeling of BOTH …
“WOW, eight years! So long and so many milestones and memories!”
And, “ Eight years?! It feels like a blip! In so many ways, we’re just getting started.”
I also know that the stats for businesses lasting, succeeding, and being profitable after even two years are pretty dismal.
So, yes, I absolutely feel like I’ve only scratched the surface, AND eight years in business — as a successful, booked out, and profitable multi-six-figure coach is also something I’m celebrating and proud of.
I’ve also learned a lot and grown tremendously as a person and CEO over those years.
That’s why I went live to celebrate my 8th biz anniversary and highlight some of the most impactful lessons that have contributed to my success and staying power.
I’m bringing my notes to this one because I don’t just want to give you some canned or trite aphorisms.
I’m diving into the truth-truth and biggest (sometimes challenging) growth edges and turning points.
I’m also sharing what I’d tell myself if I was starting my business over today from a practical and strategic lens.
