This incredible client came to me with a business that was already kicking-ass and generating about 10k a month. Another example that coaching can support you at any level of business and isn’t only for when you’re starting out or struggling.
From the outside looking in, she was killing it and a ‘success’. From the inside looking out, she was ready for a change and craving MORE. But wanting more came with guilt.
Creating the next level in her business meant stepping way outside her comfort zone, becoming more vulnerable and visible, owning her story in a new way, and transitioning the way she ran her business…which meant fear, insecurity, not feeling good enough, comparisonitis, judging and questioning herself, and a lot of old limiting tapes getting played. (This is completely NORMAL and HUMAN, by the way.)
This client created massive awareness during our work together so she could learn to manage her mind. She showed up for coaching and did THE WORK. She was not only able to feel happier and more content as a result, she was also able to smash her fears and income-ceilings big time!

“…I remember wondering at times if I was talking too much about personal stuff, as so much of it was not necessarily “business.” But then at the end of it, it was like DANG, that was all mindset change.
