While I don’t believe mindset work is *only* about affirmations (sometimes that can do more harm than good) or that business success is as simple as saying a positive mantra (strategy and action are also key), I DO believe when used as a part of your thought and energy work, affirmations can be a powerful tool that helps you rewire your mind and sets you up to show up and take action in a way that creates AND attracts more of the big results you want - like your next paying client, a sold out launch, or those $10k - $100k cash months.
This is a topic I get asked about a ton from clients and my audience, and people always want to know what affirmations I use to help me show up consistently to take up space in my content, run a booked-out, multi-six-figure 1:1 coaching business, and live a life by design that lights me up.
