I just finished celebrating with a client I've worked with for five years who's "graduated" because they're ready to wind things down and semi-retire.
This client had just opened their coaching business when we started our work together. They went on to replace their corporate salary in three months, then scaled to a million a year.
On our closing call, I asked them who they've become in the process and on the journey.
What's fascinating is "a millionaire" never made it to their list. It's who they've become that made the list.
