I know this goes against conventional thinking and teaching, but I love being sold to.
I mean, assuming I’ve “raised my hand to be sold to” as I teach my clients and have indicated I’m interested and in the market, I actually want to be properly sold before I buy or make an investment.
But, I also know, no matter how good I tell you this can feel on the potential client and spending side, there can still be a lot of icks that come up around every part of the sales process from making offers, to leaning into objections or someone’s resistance and following up.
