  • Design your heart-centered sales process, learn how to run sales calls from a place of service, navigate objections without feeling icky, and follow up in a way that allows you to get and stay fully booked.
  • Map out your next program details so you know what to include and exclude (so you’re not overwhelming your audience with everything and the kitchen sink) and get clear on your  launch marketing strategy and plan so you know exactly what to execute to sell out.

Kim, you mentioned (mock)cocktails! How does this VIP Weekend work?

9 am - 12pm: meet at exclusive, member’s only Dumbo House and deep dive over coffee, tea, or green juice into the clarity, mindset, strategy, and action you need to notice and shift stories and patterns holding you back and design a simple strategic action plan to take you and your business to the next level.

12 pm - 1 pm: lunch at Dumbo House from their beautiful menu as we let the morning’s work marinate and enjoy conversation and getting to know each other better with a view of the Manhattan skyline.

1 pm - 4 pm: pick up where we left off in the morning to ensure you’re feeling clear and solid and get into action together. This might look like crafting content and copy side-by-side so you can have my support as you execute and my eyes on your blind spots, practicing a sales conversation in real time (I’m an ex-actress after all, and there’s nothing like having a safe playground to work through your sales process), or writing that boundaried email or document for your clients. Depending on what YOU and your business need, we might also find this time most valuable to focus on the clarity and mindset side of things and rewriting stories around success and money.

4pm - 5 pm: celebration cocktail hour! You know I’m all about the power of celebration and enjoying the ride, so we’ll close out a full day of coaching and work with a celebratory drink! Dumbo House has delicious mocktails as well as wine and cocktails, so you do you, and we’ll toast to you and everything you’ve shown up for to create inevitable next-level success already on the way!

Saturday evening schedule:

Please take this time to retreat to where you’re staying, allow what you’ve worked on to sink in, enjoy a great meal and walk in the park or sight in the city!

Sunday morning schedule:

10 am - 11 am: brunch at Dumbo House. We’ll meet for a follow-up brunch the following morning. This is time for you to ask any questions and get clarity; you know, that question that popped up in the shower or as you were walking back to your hotel. If you’re feeling complete, this can also be your time to enjoy the space, luxury, and your meal together!


What’s Included:

  • 9 hours of 1:1 coaching focused on you and your business success.
  • My undivided and full attention on YOU during that time, and any supplemental resources, tools that are applicable to our intensive work (for example, access to my copy templates, sales course, content course, etc.)
  • All food and beverages during those hours
*Note: travel and accommodations are not included. I thought about including a hotel nearby, but since everyone has different desires and options for where to stay when traveling to NYC, I’ve decided to not include this. I’m happy to provide you with a list of suggested hotels nearby (so you’re not staying on the other side of town!) as well as restaurants and sights for the evening and Sunday afternoon.
