I won a strategy session with Kim and was SO excited to have been chosen for that opportunity initially. Once we had that session, I found it so valuable (which I was not surprised after having followed her for years!) that I decided to go ahead with a Strategy Intensive. At that time, I was working on getting more clients into a group program that I offer, as well as refining my sales process to fill my 1:1 spots.

I absolutely loved working with Kim and will 100% be working with you again in the future! I have had a couple experiences previously that weren’t great with other coaches and so I’m very careful in choosing who I want to work with or invest in. I felt so seen and heard in all of our conversations. I also really like your coaching style; I need someone who is into the strategy side of business but, also understands the mindset work that needs to be done (without being super woo-woo), and is willing to push me. I do have big goals and I know to reach them but, I need a little tough love sometimes. Kim always knows just the right things to say.

During our work together, I booked 20 free strategy sessions in a single month. From those, I booked a number of new clients and made really great connections with other women business owners that have resulted in referrals!

One of the most noticeable intangible results from working with Kim was feeling like I was really able to work through some mindset things that I  didn’t realize were holding me back as much as they were until we fully discussed them. My confidence increased and I was able to put some of that behind me or recognize when it’s showing up and not downplay my achievements and results, instead step into fully owning them.

Before the strategy session with Kim, I felt that I had been pushed into the “done for you” side of my business  for awhile because people kept telling me I was good at it so you ‘should’ do it. But what I really wanted to do and what I’m even better at is the strategy and coaching. Once we talked, It was weird because I felt like it was almost the “permission” I needed to really lean into it. And I’m so happy I did. It’s been weirdly ‘easy’ to book the strategy sessions and have more clients sign up after I just decided I was going to do it. So I feel like everything is falling into place. I feel like I’m much more aligned again with everything that I want in my business.

I felt so validated in regards to the things I needed to work through and ended up being exactly what I needed to regain momentum in my business!

When I started working with Kim, I was just beginning to build my own business after years of working in corporate and had a LOT of mindset trash to work through. I had very little confidence in my ability to sell, and made LOTS of problems for myself that didn’t need to be there.Kim helped me SO so much with my feelings of imposter syndrome, overwhelm, perfectionism, feeling like I always had to have the answer ahead of time or that I had to struggle to earn any kind of pride or celebration.

She was always able to meet me where I was that week – whether it was dealing with mindset junk about a proposal, or figuring out my next strategy, or very often, helping me talk through personal stuff I was going through that inevitably affected my business.
