I don't know about you, but when I started my business there were a gazillion things I was focused on and legal protection wasn't really one of them.
I got a contract for my private coaching services and that was about it. Turns out, there are a few other things we need in place as entrepreneurs to protect ourselves.
I was lucky enough to sit down with entrepreneurial lawyer, Diana Chen to get clear on all things legal. Diana shared a wealth of legal information we all need as entrepreneurs at any stage of the game and her personal journey to her version of business success and freedom.
For those of you who don't know Diana, she's an attorney, traveler, and online entrepreneur from Chicago.
Diana's story has taken her from law school, to a startup and $20,000 business investment turned sour, to the corporate world, to starting the business she has now: helping travel-loving online entrepreneurs learn more about how they can live out their life of freedom by ensuring they have the proper legal protections in place.
Fun fact: Diana walks her freedom talk. In the last year or so, she's traveled to 30-40 countries, including a trip where she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
