After celebrating six successful years in business, I’ve found that the macro, big picture, and anything it involves, are usually the things you want to hold steadfast to if you want to create success on your terms.
We talked about this last week, and in my opinion and experience, when you can allow that big picture for your business success to be non-negotiable, that’s the decision that changes everything and is truly a commitment to your future self.
That’s how you manifest your future success because you DECIDE ahead of time:
This is inevitable.
I’m not stopping until this vision is my reality.
But what about the in-between and the actual steps to getting to said inevitable vision and inevitable success?
Now that you’ve decided, it’s time to take that non-negotiable mindset and look at the micro level by breaking it down into some of your daily actions.
I coach my clients to also get clear on their non-negotiable marketing and sales actions or the strategic steps that they take in their business on a daily, weekly, and monthly time frame so they’re not playing guessing games with what they need to show up for to create said inevitable success.
What I like to remind my clients, though, that I’ll remind you as well, is that you can be adaptable with what your micro steps are but want to be uncompromising in showing up for them and your commitment to your bigger vision.
For example - say you play tennis like our example last week. It might be a non-negotiable decision for you to make it to a certain level (macro), and have a coach and practice consistently to make that happen (micro), but there’s fluidity in terms of what the actual practices might looks like on any given day - what drills you do, the intensity of your training, the training regimen you follow, etc.
What’s non-negotiable is that you’ve decided you’re making it to that envisioned level and that you're showing up for that practice and following through with your drills until you do.
The same concept and approach applies to your business success, income, and impact. You can be adaptable in your action steps, but what manifests your next-level success is deciding your success is inevitable and your commitment to show up for your strategy daily, weekly, and monthly is non-negotiable.
This week, as you’re planning Q2 and your inevitable success for the rest of 2022, I’d invite you to take a moment to check back in with: what’s your non-negotiable macro goal in your business? Then, can you identify and commit to the non-negotiable action steps you’re taking to get you there?
Wishing you your version of success!
