ABC and why I still focus on marketing even though I’ve been fully booked for years
Instead of “always be closing”, I want to invite you to think about “always be connecting.”
It’s common for business owners to reach a certain level of success and want to step away from marketing.
But, there’s so much safety and sustainability built into your business when you always focus on connection and building relationships (aka marketing).
What so often happens in our online space that creates income highs and lows, is taking your foot off the marketing gas pedal when the clients and cash start coming in....which can feel a little like that friend who only shows up when they need something only to disappear after they get it from your audience.
It’s one thing to get fully booked or sell out a program and another thing to *stay* fully booked or repeat your launch success time and again.
Instead of only showing up when you need something from your audience or want to sell something, the ease, safety, sustainability, and scalability in your business is found when you focus on marketing (connecting and deepening those relationships) even when you don’t have anything to sell.
Whatever stage of business you’re in, focus on ABC: always be connecting, and those ABCs will lead to closing (without the ick).
Whether you’re building and getting fully booked or looking to sustain and scale to the next level, ABC will serve your business and create that safety, sustainability, AND scalability!
What opportunities do you have to always be connecting? I invite you to take one action step this week to connect with someone new or already in front of you!
Wishing you your version of success.
