This Makes Me Want to Vomit 🤮

Here’s my truth

Before, during, and after every uplevel, I’m scared you’ll think I’m a “rich bitch” 

or the “ugh, everything comes super easy to her” chick …

while simultaneously worrying you’ll think “That’s ALL she makes?!” 

or “Who the f*ck does she think she is?!” 

or ”She’s not even all that good ”.

BUT, I also know every time I’m more willing to worry and try to control what others think, I’m placing a ceiling on my own growth, my business, my ability to serve and impact, and my bank account.

I also remember, there are likely *already* people thinking these exact things

Here’s my other truth: Instead of trying to find the path that has everyone love you, the hurdle between most of us and getting big results is learning how to tolerate and stretch our capacity for, “being the ‘villain’ in someone else’s story," as my friend Julia MF-ing Wells calls it.

SO THAT you can be the hero on your own.

I love most things about my business, my clients, and this work, but I HATE that part.

And, trust me, I have TRIED to figure out the way around this one

Good news?

If people are going to have their judgements and projections, whether or not you create success or make a lot of money — you might as well go after what you want

Besides, think how much energy is wasted trying to make sure everyone likes you, and no one ever judges you or spews their stuff onto you? 

I don’t know about you, but I find it damn near impossible to show up and do my JOB as a coach, CEO, and thought leader when I'm *trying* to be liked. 

And, I'm pretty sure Tay-Tay wouldn't have all her eras, obsessed fans, and baller wealth if she hadn't nailed this one.

It’s ok if it makes you feel a little , don’t kid yourself, most entrepreneurs I know feel that way as they hold more of the good stuff. 

But your next level, whether that’s making six-figures or multiple millions, isn’t reached by making sure you never feel

You open yourself up to create and are able to hold and sustain this kind of success when you’re willing to accept and metabolize what comes with it — including the judgements, projections, and dislike from others — that’s out of your control.
