If I take a look at one client who’s on track for their first million dollar year (working less, and in a very sustainable way)
another client who added an additional $100k revenue to their already multi-six-figure business
another who’s celebrating sustaining $700k years
and another two clients who are celebrating being on track for their first six-figure year…
All of these examples and big wins come from clients who have been working with me long-term (some for over three/four years).
This isn’t to say, you - or my clients - can’t have fast success and results. One of these clients grew VERY quickly, and booked out their business to replace their corporate salary within our first three months working together.
AND, *sustaining* and scaling those quick wins, and many of the client celebrations I share, are the result of clients who are willing to invest in long-term 1:1 support, that gets to know them, their business, and their BS.
All of these clients have worked with me long-term, which means:
1) they’re brave 
because coaching with someone who knows your -ish and is willing to speak to it instead of co-sign it can be confronting, and it’s way easier to jump around and chase comfort and validation
and 2) I get better and better at supporting them because I get to know them, their business, their patterns, how they process, how their brain works, and their personal favorite stories, excuses, and sneaky ways of attempting to sabotage, hide, or plain lie to themselves.

Just like, I get to know what they actually want, their strategy, audience, ideal clients, what works for them, what they like, and that thing they tested a year ago and forgot they hated.
This also means, on any given day, because our work is specific and personalized, I might suggest or point out one thing to one client, and the complete opposite to another.
Because, let’s just call it how it is, the world is loud, there’s a lot of noise all around and inside your head. When you’re making money, serving clients, and leading a team it’s easy for the volume to go up with the added layers of responsibility.
The mind also loves drama (omg, this time, no one will hire me and I’ll go out of business 
)
creating problems that don’t exist (hello, new marketing plan or offer 
)
comparison (so-and-so is making $100k a month, what am I doing wrong? 
)
chasing squirrels (I just bought a new domain for this new business idea 
)
and generally kicking up mud that takes you further away from money you want to make.
The longer I also work with my own coach (just renewed for year 5) and support clients long term, the more I’m able to witness the benefit of someone who knows the difference between your stuff getting kicked up and an actual business opportunity to explore…as well as the magic of being able to tailor strategy and action plans to each person and their business.
This is why, as much as I believe I’m an exceptional coach who brings my experience running a booked out multi-six-figure business and team to the table and 7.5 years supporting clients 1:1 to collective multi-millions, the real “secret” to my clients’ epic success and wins is THEM - my clients, their work, their genius, as well as their bravery to partner together long-term.
This is also why I only offer 1:1 and believe in my work so wholeheartedly. It’s what works.
Because humans gonna human and brains gonna brain, and when someone gets you as a human and knows your brain, that’s the kind of support that keeps you out of your own way, helps you trust your genius, and find what works for you so you can run at what’s next to make big moves and results.
