Want to know how multi-six and seven-figure business owners really think about money?
I’m in an invite-only mastermind with multi-six and seven-figure business owners.
We talk a lot about money.
But not in the way you might think.
Sure, sometimes we’re celebrating one another and the fun, first-class vacation someone just went on or the dream home someone bought thanks to their business.
We all like stuff just as much as anyone else and enjoy our clothing upgrades, nice meals out, or art if you’re me
The rest of the time?
We’re talking about how to work through the sticky and uncomfortable edges that come with more visibility and success
how to better serve our clients who are trusting us with their investments to help them get results
how to manage and lead teams we’re responsible for paying…
We’re supporting one another with the heartbreaks of being disappointed or the realities of holding big responsibility while life outside business continues to life.
We’re having money conversations to share what’s still uncomfortable or stretchy as well as practical ways to be smart and increase our profit margins and leverage our take-home pay.
Because, we all know, it’s one thing to make money once, and it’s another to continue to sustain holding money and to set yourself up to scale.
We know HOW you make your money matters just as much as the cash that hits your bank, and what you do with your earnings is what makes the difference between being rich now or wealthy later.
Every single one of us knows our relationship with money is a lens for what else is going on with us — and an opportunity to lean into our mindset work, edges, and growth.
And, we also know the more we’re willing to have conversations about money, ask questions about what we don’t know, bring the dark to the light, ask for support, and generally make it normal AF to talk about what we earn and what we do with that cash, the more we’re able to become financially literate and free.
Because as I’ve heard Mel Abraham say, “Wealth is a habit”, and one of the habits of wealthy people is getting familiar with and being comfortable talking about money.
Ready to lean into these edges and be supported through these business and money conversations yourself as you grow to six, multi-six, and seven-figure years?
