Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." -Soren Kierkegaard

One of my favorite rituals as we near the end of the year is to spend a little time reflecting on each month that's passed.
I like to make note of the wins I've had every month. It’s become a really powerful way to close out the year. I end up seeing so many areas I’ve grown and notice personal and business wins that I would have otherwise forgotten about.
It’s also always fascinating to look back and connect some of the dots! A success in September will often have a smaller, seedling of a win a few months before.
It’s from this space and energy that I like to look forward and begin planning and visualizing the next year ahead. Give it a try! This FEELS good and really opens our mind up to more when make our future plans.
I wanted to close out the year and leave you with a blog version of this practice. A year in review and best of 2018!
