Sometimes the biggest mindset block you have is thinking you have a mindset block.
Look, we all have blindspots and opportunities for growth. This is why I have a job and so much of what I support my clients with, so they can get (and stay) out of their own way long enough to get out there, do the damn thing, and make that money.
And, sometimes the biggest blindspot is focusing on a ‘problem’ we think we have in ourselves and spending all our energy working on fixing it….when, in reality, there ain’t nothing wrong with you.
So often, the win is embracing and leaning into this ‘thing’ even more (instead of avoiding or shoving it down), so you can fully OWN who you are and what you uniquely bring to the table.
I often ask clients what they’d do if they weren’t monitoring themselves?
So let me ask you, if you knew you couldn’t fuck it up (because you can’t unless you quit), what would you do?
And, how much energy would you free up if you stopped focusing on the qualities in yourself you think you need to fix?
Sometimes the biggest opportunity for growth is giving yourself a break, loving yourself, making everything you do perfect and right, and leaning into sharing your perfectly imperfect brilliance loud and proud with the world.
