As a business coach, I don’t subscribe to the ‘guru’ or pedestal mentality.
I don’t have all the answers.
Experience, YES. Thousands and thousands of coaching calls and multi-millions of dollars in clients’ revenue worth.
But, the more experience I have, the more I KNOW I’m not always right and my clients are the ones with the secrets and codes to their version of business success.
As a coach, I hope no one ever hires me to be in my proximity or because they think being around me will give them access to something they don’t know or have inside them.
I don’t want the power that belongs to you - I want to return it to you and support you to take it back and stand in it.
I hope no one ever hires me because of the money I make…or conversely doesn’t hire me for the same.
Whether you wonder how I make what I do as a 1:1 coach or you make far more than me is pretty irrelevant to whether or not we’d have coaching chemistry and my ability to support you…
I mean, I was making maybe $1-2k per month when my first client scaled to a million, and many of my clients make far more money than I do now.
Just like the model I choose to run has very little to do with your business, outside of informing you that we’d be working together 1:1, and that’s the kind of dedicated and focused coaching support you’ll receive.
I hope my clients hire me because I’m an excellent coach. Because they want the kind of partnership who gets to KNOW them, their brain, and their business.
Because they trust me to hold them in their stuff, ask questions that tap into their truth as well as the hard questions they don’t want to be asked but know they need to answer.

I hope no one hires me to get all amped up with them when they’re stressed about business or money, or to affirm and jump in to solve every big “problem” they think they have.
I hope my clients hire me because they know and trust I’m always going to help them identify and solve the right problem or acknowledge there isn’t a problem - because sometimes brains just gonna brain.
I hope no one ever hires me because they think I know what’s best for them or have a step-by-step formula that guarantees success or will blaze a path they can follow.
I hope my clients hire me because I get BUSINESS and the foundational principles that are tried and true, and they know I’m always going to support them to come back to this.
I hope my clients hire me because I have a wicked brain for strategy, whether that's words that sell, marketing, sales, or leadership…and also know, we’ll always co-create a simple strategy that’s personalized to them, their strengths, business, and goals.
I hope no one hires me to yes every strategy idea they hear about or launch and sell every new offer they want to sell.
I hope my clients hire me because they trust I’ll always have them check in with what serves their business and current goals before chasing shiny objects.
