What I know to be true after 10 years in the online space supporting my clients to collective multi-multi-millions and results like replacing their corporate salary in three months, getting booked out making consistent $20k cash months, to scaling from $10k months to $76k-$115k months and even million dollar years, is the more you choose the path that fits you, is aligned, and the more you enjoy the process, the more easeful and sustainable scaling becomes.
Business is far less complicated than your brain and the marketing "gurus" want you to believe.
But sh*t gets heavy and hard when we're climbing the wrong ladder, chasing someone else's version of success, or looping around perfectionism, comparison, or proving. Which is why my work focuses on helping you step into your role as a CEO and supporting you with your mindset, how you're thinking about and approaching business (like a business), and staying focused in your own lane.
That said, I have a love (ok, healthy obsession) for the strategy and data side of business. I nerd out on it all from organic relationship-building, content marketing, and social media to optimizing paid ads, sales, and live and evergreen launches.
And after over ten years and 5,000 1:1 sessions supporting clients to six and seven-figures, I believe in and have seen the power of long-term partnership. At the end of the day, I know the studies show it's the quality of the coach and client relationship that determines results. I've seen this to be true in my own high level 1:1 coaching I continue to invest in (I just renewed with my coach for the 19th time!) and in my clients, many of who I've worked with for 5 and 6+ years.
I know you're smart, talented, and excellent at what you do. I also know scaling isn't a solo sport. And when you're holding a big business and a big life, it matters who's holding YOU and all that you hold.
